Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully completed and the order has passed any required identity, payment, fraud-prevention, or security verification.

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within one to three (1–3) business days unless otherwise communicated to the customer.

Orders requiring resizing, alteration, customization, special preparation, or additional verification may require additional processing time. When applicable, an estimated timeline will be communicated to the customer.

Secure & Insured Shipping

High-value orders are shipped using secure and insured shipping methods selected by Sapirion LLC.

A signature may be required upon delivery. For security and fraud-prevention purposes, certain orders may be held for pickup at an approved carrier location or may require additional delivery verification.

Tracking information will be provided to the customer once the order has shipped.

Shipping Address Verification

Sapirion LLC may contact a customer to verify order, identity, payment, or shipping information before an order is fulfilled.

Requests to change a shipping address after an order has been placed may require additional verification and approval. Sapirion LLC reserves the right to decline a shipping address change when necessary for security or fraud-prevention purposes.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier service, weather conditions, holidays, security requirements, and other circumstances outside of Sapirion LLC's control.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Sapirion LLC is not responsible for carrier delays or other delivery disruptions outside of its reasonable control.

In-Store Fulfillment & Pickup

In-stock merchandise purchased at our physical location may generally be collected at the time of purchase once payment and any required verification have been completed.

Items requiring resizing, alteration, customization, or special preparation will be provided with an estimated completion timeline at the time of purchase.

Customers may be required to present valid government-issued identification when collecting high-value merchandise. The name on the identification may be required to match the purchaser or authorized pickup person on the order.

Order Review & Fulfillment

Sapirion LLC reserves the right to place an order on hold, request additional verification, or cancel and refund an order when necessary to protect the customer or Sapirion LLC from suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or other security concerns.
